Room was clean and comfortable, check in was smooth and quick. Customer service lacked. We had an issue with our toilet from the moment we arrived. Notified front desk in the morning and nothing was done about it by the end of the day. The gentleman at the desk in the evening had a “what do you want me to do about it attitude” reluctantly came to fix it but still it didn’t work properly but was a bit better. Did not like the fact we were made to feel like we were a bother
