Nice kitchen, fast elevators and free coffee but cleanliness, service and staff flexibility and ownership need to be improved. We would stay here again for the right price but would do a thorough check of the room, cleanliness and working order of TV and appliances before agreeing the room we were assigned. Overall good value for location

The night manager is extremely welcoming. The location is great for those wanting to be near time square, but also there wasn’t excess noise.
